Vågen has extensive experience related to assistance for clients within the retail / trade segment, he assists a number of the largest Norwegian and Nordic retail chains, and has considerable experience in international franchise structures where he primarily assists franchisor.
Vågen has extensive experience in national and cross-border activities interrelated to cash management and foreign exchange operations. He has worked extensively on issues related to parallel importation of trademarked goods, and has experience in litigation in this area of the EFTA Court in Luxembourg.
