CLP has assisted Dolphin Eiendom in the investment in the shopping centre Jærhagen, a joint venture with Coop Klepp SA, and also assisted Dolphin Eiendom with the structuring of the subsequent divestment of it’s shareholding to a syndicate arranged by NRP Finans.
