Axel Woxholth bistår hovedsakelig klienter i forbindelse med oppkjøp og fusjoner (M&A) og egenkapitaltransaksjoner, samt med generell selskaps- og kontraktsrettslig rådgivning. Woxholth er master i rettsvitenskap fra Universitetet i Oslo, hvor han skrev masteravhandling om de rettslige prinsippene for fastsettelse av innløsningssummen ved innløsning av aksjer i aksje- og allmennaksjeselskaper.
