CLP has assisted Fusetools AS in executing a private placement raising approx. NOK 100 million in new equity. Fusetools offers developers a platform that makes it easier and quicker to build mobile applications for both iOS and Android in parallel and is one of the most exiting Norwegian technology companies around. The key attorneys handling the matter were Alexander S. Lund and Eivin Johnsrud.
