Sale of 11% of the shares in Revac AS

CLP advised Rune Isachsen Holding AS and the shareholders in the sale of 11% of the shares in Revac AS to Holta Invest AS.

Revac AS is one of Europe’s largest players in treatment of electrical and electronic waste (WEEE).

The sale is in line with the current owners’ strategy to build strong financial and industrial partnerships.
