CLP has advised Teleplan Globe AS on its acquisition of UK based Forsberg Services Limited

CLP has advised Teleplan Globe AS, a frontrunner in the development of software solutions tailored for mission-critical systems, on its successful acquisition of the positioning, navigation and timing specialist Forsberg Services Limited.

Forsberg Services is a supplier of high-accuracy positioning, navigation and timing technologies, catering to both defense and civilian use. With more than 35 years of experience, Forsberg Services has cultivated a substantial and loyal customer base across the UK and abroad.

The acquisition combines Teleplan Globe’s software solutions with Forsberg Services’ leading precision technologies, and builds on the already well-established and successful cooperation between Teleplan Globe and Forsberg Services. The transaction will further strengthen Teleplan Globe’s leading capabilities within areas such as operational decision support systems, control and integration of unmanned systems, in addition to mission critical solutions extracting highly accurate position data.
