Words that make a difference
Litigation and dispute resolution are an essential part of CLP’s business. At all times, we handle a large number of court cases. In recent years, CLP has litigated many complex and demanding cases, both before the ordinary courts of law and arbitration tribunals. We also accept appointments as arbitrators.
Many disputes can be settled amicably. We therefore always consider whether alternative approaches to dispute resolution, such as negotiation or mediation, can produce better, more cost-effective results for our clients.
