Bodil Kristine Høstmælingen has extensive experience in business law dispute resolution and litigation, as well as specialised advisory services within most contract law topics and administrative law subjects (including, in particular, planning and building law and public procurement). Bodil has also handled and litigated several cases involving board member liability, forced buy-outs of minority shareholders, as well as other corporate law disputes.
She has many years of experience as a university lecturer/teacher in contract law subjects at the University of Oslo and as an external examiner.
