Fred Arthur Andersen takes over as Managing Partner
Fred Arthur Andersen succeeds Lars Gunnar Aas as CLP’s Managing Partner. Lars Gunnar Aas, who will now become the Chair of the Board, has done an excellent job in recent years, and we will build upon his achievements.
– CLP has been very successful in establishing itself as a challenger to the largest firms in our areas of expertise – corporate, dispute resolution, commercial real estate, and technology/IPR. My job is to ensure a continuous and dynamic development of CLP within our niche strategy, says Fred.
The key success factors in achieving this goal are recruitment and talent development. It is crucial for CLP to build up as many experienced lawyers as possible from within our own ranks. At the same time, we will always be on the lookout for skilled lawyers who can complement us where needed. Making the right decisions regarding the use of new technology in the firm’s legal practice will also be very important. We are forward-thinking and have already developed CLP Yoda, which is a proprietary AI solution set up in an operational environment that ensures confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
– Leading a modern law firm requires much greater effort than before, but at the same time, the opportunities are greater than ever. It is highly motivating to contribute to seizing opportunities and achieving new goals. Therefore, I look forward to dedicating a significant portion of my time to leading CLP in the coming years, adds Fred.
