CLP has assisted Oslo Pensjonsforsikring in the purchase of Tollbugata 12 in Kvadraturen

CLP has assisted Oslo Pensjonsforsikring AS in the purchase of Tollbugata 12 in Kvadraturen. The seller was DnB Eiendomsutvikling AS.

The buyer already owns the neighboring property Kirkegata 18 and has subleased Tollbugata 12 for several years. Both properties are used as offices for the Ministry of Education and Research, with a lease agreement expiring in 2027.

CLP’s team consisted of Elin Mack Løvdal, Sigrid K. Gjertsen Ertzaas, Stian Lockert, and Lars Martin Sandanger.
