A team of CLP lawyers, lead by Jakob Villum, has assisted eSmart Systems AS in executing a private placement towards Kongsberg Digital AS, a subsidiary of Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, raising NOK 100 million in new equity. The business of eSmart Systems AS is to develop cutting-edge solutions on energy management, applying advanced analytics, machine learning and IoT. The company has been praised as a one of the most promising Norwegian IT-companies.
