CLP assisted Agder Energi in the establishment of the joint venture OSS Norge AS with Glitre Energi AS  

The new joint venture is a result of the merger of Agder Energi’s Flyt project and Glitre Energi’s OSS initiative.

Agder Energi’s Flyt project has been developed as a digital electricity retailer with focus on simplicity and information access.  Glitre Energi’s OSS initiative has been developed with the same purpose with a focus to make available data from the new AMS meters and to provide new services based on such data.

OSS Norge AS will establish a fully digital electricity retailer which will use real time data to provide new services to the consumers.
