CLP has advised Morrow Batteries

CLP has together with DNB Markets and Arctic Securities assisted the battery manufacturer Morrow Batteries in the equity capital raise of EUR 22 million, where inter alia pension funds managed by PKA and the municipality of Arendal participated together with current investors NOAH and Agder Energi Venture.

CLP has previously assisted in the incorporation of Morrow Batteries and in connection with the plot in Arendal where Morrow Batteries will build its new giga factory.

CLP’s team consisted of Lars Gunnar Aas, Edvard Cock, Morten Andreas Lind and Kristoffer Gjesdahl.
