CLP has advised the shareholders of the Sri Lankan software development company 99x Technology Limited in the restructuring of the company’s shares in connection with a significant investment made by a fund managed by Herkules.
CLP has advised the shareholders of the Sri Lankan software development company 99x Technology Limited in the restructuring of the company’s shares in connection with a significant investment made by a fund managed by Herkules. Previous shareholders of the company have invested portions of their shares with the new investment vehicle established in Norway.
CLP’s team consisted of Lars Gunnar Aas, Frederik Sveen and Kristoffer Gjesdahl.
