Magnus Ryenbakken has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and holds a specialized LL.M. in Energy and Climate Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Magnus wrote his master’s thesis on efficient deployment of floating wind projects, where he compared the legal frameworks for realizing floating wind projects in the UK, France and Norway.
