CLP has had a role in most of the major renewable energy transactions in Norway in recent years. We act as adviser to some of the leading Scandinavian utilities, as well as suppliers, technology developers and financial investors within the sector.

We have broad expertise and experience in advising on regulatory frameworks, including licensing and energy law issues, production, grid and transmission, as well as physical and financial power trading. This extends to assistance for new green industries in Norway, such as battery production and energy storage, carbon capture, hydrogen production, and projects within the circular economy.
