Fred Arthur Andersen

Fred Arthur Andersen is managing partner. He works primarily with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financing and contract law and negotiations. Andersen is head of employment law in CLP, and he also regularly assist in commercial disputes before the courts. Andersen has extensive experience from the financial sector, and has previously worked as General Counsel of Sparebank 1 Gruppen (a leading Norwegian bank and insurance group) and as a lawyer in DNB. Andersen has, in addition to his legal education, an Executive MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
