Amund Erdal assists Norwegian and international clients with acquisitions and investments, project development and corporate and regulatory matters, focusing mainly on renewables, infrastructure, including investments in battery, hydrogen and circular economy projects, and green technologies. Amund has extensive experience with acquisitions, investments, and restructurings, as well as the development of renewable projects and negotiation of PPA structures.
