CLP advised APCOA Holdings GmbH on EUR 765 million refinancing

CLP has together with Kirkland & Ellis and other counsel advised APCOA Parking Holdings GmbH on the successful placement of €685,000,000 senior secured notes due 2027, comprised of 320,000,000 fixed rate senior secured notes and €365,000,000 floating rate senior secured notes. Additionally, APCOA Parking Holdings GmbH and certain other members of the group, entered into a €80,000,000 super senior revolving credit facility in connection with the notes offering.
