CLP has advised Arendals Fossekompani ASA with the sale of Cogen Energia

Arendals Fossekompani ASA (AFK) has entered into an agreement with the European energy company MET Group for the sale of AFK’s wholly-owned subsidiary Cogen Energia. Cogen Energia is recognized as a premier player in the Spanish cogeneration market. CLP has had the pleasure of advising AFK in connection with the divestment. CLP’s team was led by Lars Gunnar Aas.
