Vebjørn has a master’s degree in Law from the University of Bergen and has also studied at the University of Lisbon. His thesis concerned the relationship between Norwegian rules of transfer of property and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the European Convention on Human Rights. During his studies Vebjørn completed internships at various law firms.
