Julie Reinfjord is primarily concerned with issues related to M&A, including in particular company law, contract law, and employment law issues. Reinfjord holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote her master thesis on the board’s supervisory responsibility pursuant to Section 6-13 first paragraph of the Norwegian Private Limited Liability Companies Act.
During her law studies, Reinfjord had several internships in various law firms and took elective courses in areas such as company law, employment law, tax law, international arbitration and international investment law.
