Jeanette Brokerud is primarily concerned with issues relating to M&A (transactions), corporate and contract law, but also assists in issues relating to general competition law. Brokerud holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Bergen, as well as a specialized LL.M. degree in International Competition Law & Policy from the University of Glasgow. She wrote her dissertation (master thesis) in merger control, titled: “The Scope of the Standstill Obligation in the EU Merger Control Regulation – Avoid Jumping the Gun”. During her law studies, Brokerud had several internships in various law firms in Oslo.
