Eline Høgetveit Forsberg primarily assists clients with financing transactions, including syndicated loan financing and bond issuance. Additionally, she assists clients with general corporate law.
Eline has a Master of Law degree from the University of Oslo, where she wrote a master’s thesis on the duty of loyalty of the management and shareholders under Section 17-1 of the Norwegian Limited Liability Companies Act. She also brings experience from the insurance sector where she handled, among other things, board liability claims.
