Camilla Knutsen has many years’ experience in HR working on strategic and operational levels. She has her expertise in recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, organizational leadership and development, HR analytics and HSE. She has solid knowledge in defining and implementing routines, guidelines, and processes.
Camilla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo.
