Amalie Sundby primarily works with securities law and capital markets transactions, as well as transactions related to unlisted companies. She has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her thesis on board liability under the Norwegian Public Limited Companies Act section 17-1 and the threshold for the board’s prudent assessments. During her studies, Amalie spent a semester on exchange at Bond University in Australia, and she has also worked as an intern at several business law firms.
