Josefine Rødin

Josefine primarily assists clients with all aspects of competition law issues, both at national level and international level. She has previously assisted clients in investigation cases for the Norwegian Competition Authority (NCA) and the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA), with merger notifications to the NCA and the European Commission, as well as with contractual legal advice in horizontal and vertical relationships, including franchise and agency agreements.

Josefine also advises public and private entities in various questions related to public procurement regulations. This includes quality control of bids, reviewing competition documents, assistance in connection with bid evaluations, during any complaint and inspection processes towards contracting authorities, the Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA), and the courts, as well as questions relating to compliance, enforcement, and termination of tender contracts.

In addition, Josefine assists clients in general EU/EEA legal questions, including ESG and sustainability matters. Josefine also has experience with EEA legal dispute resolution and EEA law from her time at the EFTA Court.
