Edison Bidco is a company controlled by Arendals Fossekompani, funds managed by Advent International, and funds managed by Generation Investment Management. The offer is the result of a process where Arendals Fossekompani, as the largest owner in Volue, has over a period considered whether Volue would develop best as an unlisted company together with a private equity owner. Through this process, Arendals Fossekompani has decided to announce the potential voluntary offer for Volue together with Advent International and Generation Investment Management.
CLP has assisted the management and the independent board of Volue, and we thank them for their trust! The CLP team has consisted of Andreas Kildal, Lars Gunnar Aas, and Joakim Gjerde.
