CLP has assisted the shareholders of FIRST Fondene AS in the sale of a majority stake

CLP has assisted the shareholders of FIRST Fondene AS in the sale of 66% of the shares in the company to Atle Investment Management AB.

FIRST Fondene is a leading player within fund management with approximately NOK 11 billion under management. The company will continue under the current leadership and brand following the transaction, and all the partners in FIRST Fondene will remain owners.

Atle Investment Management is a Swedish investment company owned by the publicly listed Bure Equity AB. Atle and Bure have long traditions as owners of businesses within asset management, and will be a long-term and experienced owner for FIRST Fondene.
