CLP assisted Wittusen & Jensen in the sale of WJ Business Partner

CLP has assisted Wittusen & Jensen AS in the sale of 100% of the shares in WJ Business Partner AS to Johs Olsen Handel AS. Following completion of the transaction, Johs Olsen Handel will be the largest Norwegian-owned consumer goods wholesaler in the Norwegian market, with an annual turnover of more than NOK 1 billion. Wittusen & Jensen will become a shareholder in Johs Olsen Handel as part of the transaction.

Closing of the transaction is inter alia conditional on approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority.
