CLP Advises CapMan on Landmark Nordic Hotel Acquisition

We are pleased to announce that CLP acted as legal advisor to CapMan Hotels II in its acquisition of Midstar Fastigheter AB. The transaction is recognised as one of the largest hotel real estate deals in the Nordic region, encompassing 28 hotel properties with more than 4,700 rooms across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Midstar’s Norwegian portfolio consists of eight hotels with over 1,100 rooms, in cities such as Tromsø, Drammen and Kristiansand. The acquisition reinforces CapMan’s prominent role in the Nordic hotel investment market and solidifies its position as a leading actor in the sector.
