The net proceeds from the private placement will, amongst other things, be used for partial financing of construction of Phase 2 of the company’s facility for salmon farming in Florida and acceleration of further expansion.
Atlantic Sapphire is the most advanced land-based salmon farming company in the world and is building the first and largest commercial RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) facility for salmon farming in the US.
The private placement took place through an accelerated book building process managed by Arctic Securities AS, BofA Securities, and DNB Markets, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.
