CLP has assisted Credo and SYSCO’s other owners in the combination of Cegal and SYSCO

By the combination of Cegal and SYSCO the ambition is to create a leading, international technology company for the energy sector, and become a strong contributor to the green shift. The new company, Cegal SYSCO, will have its main offices in Stavanger, Norway, with more than 700 employees of more than 30 nationalities located in eight countries, and will have a total turnover of approximately NOK 1.4 billion in 2021.
