CLP has advised on the sale of Teknograd AS

CLP has assisted the shareholders of Teknograd AS with the sale of 100% of the shares in the company to Norvestor backed Upheads AS. Teknograd AS was established in 2002 as a cloud based IT-supplier, and has through more than 20 years of experience acquired considerable technical knowledge and has become a significant provider of a wide range of custom-made IT solutions to SMB companies in Eastern Norway.

The acquisition strengthens Upheads AS’ position as a leading supplier of secure IT-services to the SMB sector in Norway. Bjørg Tomlin, CEO of Upheads AS, says: “Teknograd has been in the business for 20 years and has significant technical competence. Through the acquisition, Upheads maintains its focus on the SMB-market in Norway, and will continue to develop new products and services for its customers in the years to come. Together, Upheads and Teknograd are large enough to offer quality and security, while also being innovative and easy to deal with”.

Knut Erik Sørvik, founder and CEO of Teknograd AS, commented that: “We are looking forward to becoming a part of a larger organization that can deliver more complete solutions to companies in the SMB-sector. Upheads has, as Teknograd, a focus on customer services where the customers shall experience both efficient and personal attention. Access to new services, ISO-certifications, larger capacity and an expanded geographical coverage are some of the synergies we are achieving through the transaction “.

CLPs team consisted of Lars Gunnar Aas and Kristoffer Gjesdahl.
