CLP School

Mentoring: At CLP, you'll have the opportunity to develop under close guidance from our partners and experienced lawyers. All associates are assigned two mentors: a partner and an experienced lawyer.

CLP School: CLP School is our comprehensive program for competence development and learning. The program consists of several levels and modules, covering key topics for both junior and experienced lawyers throughout their career paths. It includes both theory and practical exercises, with modules led by internal and external presenters. CLP School covers both the knowledge we need within our various areas of expertise and how we work with our clients and together to achieve the best results. Training in project management and leadership is therefore also part of CLP School.

Practice Groups and Lectures: You'll be affiliated with one of our practice groups, participating in group meetings and discussion forums. In addition to ongoing internal lectures and professional meetings, you'll be offered participation in external lectures and seminars.

Case Experience: Newly graduated associates are quickly given the opportunity to gain case experience, be assigned responsibility, and have client contact.

Bar Admission: We strive for our associates to obtain their bar admission within 2-3 years after joining CLP. We very often succeed in achieving this goal.
