Trainee at CLP

CLP offers trainee positions to students with high professional skills who are eager to learn more about law firms and the life of an assistant lawyer.

As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with exciting matters and professional challenges within our corporate area, commercial real estate and dispute resolution. It is our aim that all our trainees will gain real insight in our workday and our work tasks, and we are confident that you as a trainee will contribute correspondingly to our unique working environment.

Our trainee programme typically last five weeks. During this time, you'll gain broad insight into our business law areas. For example, you may have the opportunity to participate in client meetings, work on mergers and acquisitions, draft contracts, and help prepare and conduct legal proceedings, including participation in court hearings.

Our trainee programme is of major importance to our recruitment and thus highly prioritised. We are eager to get to know you and learn about your skills, both professional and social.

Who can apply?

We are looking for candidates who have completed at least their second year of academic study, who are interested in our areas of expertise, and who have demonstrated strong academic results
