CLP has advised on the sale of Resight AS

CLP has advised Teleplan Globe AS and the other shareholders with selling 100% of the shares in Resight AS to Embriq AS. Resight AS is a software company specializing on the grid and energy sector.

CLP’s team consisted of Lars Gunnar Aas, Frederik Sveen and Erik Sletner. CLP congratulates the parties involved.
