Stephan Brodschöll


Stephan Brodschöll advises clients on the internet, IT, telecommunications, technology and media sector with an emphasis on intellectual property law, contract law, competition law, privacy law and regulatory law. Brodschöll worked as general counsel of Opera Software before joining CLP and has extensive experience with international technology transfer transactions, including licensing agreements and mergers and acquisitions. He provides legal and strategic advice for establishment and roll out of strategies and policies regarding licensing and intellectual property rights. He is also an experienced competition law lawyer.
